The iPad’s iOS supports folders now. Tap an app and hold the icon until it jiggles. Then, drag the app onto a second app and let go. Doing so creates a folder containing both of these apps. You can then rename this folder if you like.

Need to quickly mute your iPad? Try this. All that you need to do is hold the lower volume button for about two seconds. Doing this is more efficient then pressing it multiple times. If you want the volume to revert back to the original level, just hold down the button again.
If your children regularly use your iPad and you don’t want them exposed to pornography and violence, enable the parental controls. Access the settings menu and limit any mature content that they can view. This setting will allow you to block anything labeled adult.
Do you hate not knowing exactly where hyperlinked words lead? This is easy to solve. Just touch the word and hold it. This will mimic the hovering action that you would do on a computer. This will show you the URL that the word links to.
If you often use the Internet, don’t forget the cloud functions your iPad offers. In this way, you can store information and save iPad hard drive space. Make sure that important documents are stored on both your iPad and the cloud function.
